El Mirador de Alhama

A fantastic trail circumvents the Resort with various viewpoints from which to marvel at the surrounding nature and enjoy some relaxation time. Thanks to its exceptional position, the Resort is bordered by wide open green areas which intermingle with the extensive gardens and swimming pools of the white, Mediterranean-style apartments.

El Mirador de Alhama Golf Resort boasts private entrances with access control, El Mirador Club with a gym, swimming pool and a relaxing chill out bar where you can sit back and take in the wonderful sunsets. It is also right next to the golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, and close to the Agora ( a 13.000m2 Town Centre full of services and shops) and the first class Club House with restaurant, cafe, changing rooms with sauna and other services. Apartments

The apartments at El Mirador de Alhama flaunt beautiful Mediterranean-style architecture distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor apartment has its own front garden as well as a terrace located at the rear, which provide outside areas that also manage to preserve the privacy of the residents.

The first floor apartment has a spacious solarium which entices you to enjoy life in the open air and the sunshine of a place that is blessed with over 300 days of sun a year, with wonderful views of the Sierra Espuna and Condado de Alhama.

These properties not only have private outdoor living spaces but they also allow access to the different swimming pools located throughout the Resort. The setting surrounding Mirador de Alhama is unbeatable, with a magnificent golf course and the sea only 10 minutes away. All this in one of the regions with the greatest yearly number of sunny days, an average temperature of 21 degrees celsius, and 250 km of shoreline over two seas: the Minor and the Mediterranean. A land of contrasts, with a landscape that is home to high mountain natural parks, and wonderful beaches such as those of La Manga, Mazarron and Calblanque.

Plus, Mirador de Alhama is a part of the "Minor Sea Shores" complex, a privileged area that brings together all Polaris World Resorts within a radius of a few kilometres.
